Uttar Pradesh is stepping up efforts to aid Scheduled Caste and Tribe victims of crimes. Under the leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath, the state offers urgent financial support ranging from Rs 85,000 to Rs 8.25 lakh, as well as rehabilitation efforts. Over the last seven years, a staggering Rs 1,447 crore has been distributed to ensure timely help and legal backing for victims, upholding their dignity and protecting their rights.
