In a major decision, the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission has revised Noida Power Company’s revenue surplus for FY 2023-24, cutting it down by more than Rs 900 crore to a new figure of Rs 593.81 crore. This amendment comes after APTEL’s direction to analyze tariff-related expenses, including power purchases and infrastructure spending.
