The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Uttar Pradesh arrested two individuals, Arvind Singh and Mohammad Salim, for their alleged involvement in a conspiracy to fraudulently obtain a Rs 25 lakh loan from Allahabad Bank. The accused used forged property documents and impersonation to secure the cash credit, evading arrest for a significant period.
