AirAsia flight FD 147, en route to Bangkok from Lucknow, encountered a hydraulic failure shortly after takeoff on Monday night. Pilots safely returned the aircraft, carrying 138 people, to Lucknow Airport after 21 minutes airborne. The flight was cancelled, and the grounded plane is now under inspection.
