Lucknow traffic police have seized an electric scooter and initiated proceedings to cancel its registration after a viral video showed a man performing dangerous stunts. The rider, identified as Vivek Anand, was seen speeding and balancing on the moving vehicle without a helmet or license, endangering public safety.
