The Enforcement Directorate has filed a case against Tarbia Education Foundation and three individuals for alleged multi-crore land grabbing and forgery. Investigators found forged documents, including fake powers of attorney, used to illegally transfer land. The ED has quantified the proceeds of crime at Rs 47.76 crore and attached the disputed land.
