Veteran Lucknow-based artist Dr. Anil Rastogi, a former scientist and prolific theatre practitioner, has been honoured with the Padma Shri for his extensive contributions to the performing arts. At 83, Rastogi, known for his role in ‘Ishaqzaade’, continues his active engagement with theatre and screen, having recently completed 100 plays.
