Two individuals from Indore, posing as a couple, were apprehended at Varanasi airport with nearly 20 kg of hydroponic weed. Arriving from Bangkok, their suspicious travel history and inconsistent statements led to their arrest. Authorities discovered the contraband, valued at approximately Rs 20 crore, hidden in their luggage. Investigations are ongoing to identify the source and intended recipients.
