Three Ukrainian war veterans were apprehended at Lucknow airport and handed over to the NIA as part of a larger probe into a terror conspiracy. The trio allegedly travelled to Myanmar to train insurgent groups in drone warfare. This follows the detention of six other Ukrainians and one American in a similar operation.
