Uttar Pradesh DGP Rajeev Krishna directed officers for a zero incident Kanwar Yatra. Seamless inter-state coordination and robust security measures were stressed for pilgrim safety. Police personnel will receive behavioral training and operational briefings for their duties. The DGP inspected security arrangements and inaugurated new monitoring cells in Meerut. He also reviewed preparations and contingency plans in Muzaffarnagar for the pilgrimage.
