The High Court Collegium has suggested the exchange of Jharkhand High Court judge Equity Shree Chandrashekhar to Rajasthan High Court.
The choice was taken at a gathering of the Collegium hung on December 29 after Equity Shree Chandrashekhar himself mentioned for an exchange.
“By a correspondence dated December 29, 2023, Mr. Equity Shree Chandrashekhar, senior-most Adjudicator of the Great Court of Jharkhand has mentioned for his exchange from the High Court of Jharkhand. Consenting to his solicitation, the Collegium makes plans to suggest that Mr Equity Shree Chandrashekhar, be moved to the Rajasthan High Court,” the goal passed by the Collegium said.
Equity Chandrashekhar was delegated as the Acting Boss Equity of the Jharkhand High Court with impact from December 29 after occupant Boss Equity Sanjaya Kumar Mishra demitted office. Strikingly, Equity Chandrashekhar looked for his exchange around the same time.
Preceding that on December 27, the Collegium had suggested that Orissa High Court judge Equity BR Sarangi be delegated the super durable Boss Equity of the Jharkhand High Court.
