A 26-year-old man allegedly strangled his 20-year-old girlfriend in a hotel room in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, after suspecting her of infidelity. The accused then reportedly consumed poison and alerted authorities. The victim was declared dead at a health center, while the man is receiving treatment and is out of danger.
