A 28-year-old man hailing from Mizoram was taken into custody by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence in Lucknow, where authorities uncovered 5.24 kg of heroin valued at Rs 10.48 crore. This courier was reportedly on a mission from Kathmandu to Delhi, lured by a monetary reward of Rs 50,000.
