A dozen girls at a Balrampur Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya fell ill suddenly on Thursday, with eight admitted to the district hospital. The students complained of fainting, vomiting, and headache. In response, the district administration ordered the closure of all Kasturba schools due to heat and humidity.
