Prateek Yadav, son of Mulayam Singh Yadav and stepbrother of Akhilesh Yadav, passed away at 38 in Lucknow. His wife, Aparna Bisht Yadav, a former SP candidate who later joined the BJP, currently serves as vice-chairperson of the State Women Commission. Prateek had previously accused Aparna of damaging family relations.
