President gives consent to three Criminal Regulation change bills

The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam will supplant the Indian Reformatory Code (IPC), the Code of Criminal Strategy (CrPC) and the Indian Proof Demonstration.

The three bills to redesign India’s law enforcement framework on Monday got the consent of the Leader of India.

The advancement has been told on the site of the Rashtrapati Bhavan. It is yet to be distributed in the Periodical of India.

The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam will supplant the Indian Reformatory Code (IPC), the Code of Criminal Methodology (CrPC) and the Indian Proof Demonstration.

The three bills were first presented in Lok Sabha on August 11 as Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and the Bharatiya Sakshya Bill prior to being alluded to a parliamentary board of trustees headed by Brij Lal for additional assessment.

They were passed by the Lok Sabha on December 20 preceding being passed by the Rajya Sabha on December 21.
