Rashid Naseem, promoter of Shine City Group, has been arrested in the United Arab Emirates. He is wanted in connection with a major investment fraud case in Uttar Pradesh. Naseem faces numerous cases for allegedly defrauding investors of hundreds of crores. Authorities are working to bring him back to India for legal proceedings.
