Police have detained a man in Deoria after a disturbing video surfaced online. The footage shows a youth being assaulted with a belt and slippers and forced to lick spit in Gobarai village. The victim’s mother filed a complaint stating her son was attacked by four men. The same group later allegedly attempted to break into her home.
