Uttar Pradesh appointed Raghubir Lal, a 1997-batch IPS officer with extensive security experience, as the new Police Commissioner of Kanpur Nagar. This move follows the central deputation of Akhil Kumar to CEO of Digital India Corporation. Additionally, DG Cyber Crime Binod Kumar Singh received additional CID charge, and IG Tarun Gauba took on the Security Wing.
