‘We Won’t Control Preliminary Court’: Supreme Court In Ramakrishna Raju’s Request Against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy

While hearing Telegu Desam Party MLA Raghu Ramakrishna Raju’s supplication for move of argument forthcoming against ex-Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Supreme Court today communicated that it has proactively passed headings for campaign of preliminary and won’t direct the preliminary Court any further as to any release application etc.

The matter was before a bench of Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Sanjay Kumar and R Mahadevan, which declined a solicitation for removal of release application expressed to have been liked by Reddy (and other charged).

Advocate Balaji Srinivasan, showing up for Ramakrishna Raju, notified the court that according to the opposite side, release applications are being heard on everyday premise.
