The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) told the Delhi High Court on Wednesday that it will supply Puja Khedekar with a duplicate of the request dropping her Indian Administrative Service (IAS) candidature.
The assertion was made by Senior Advocate Naresh Kaushik showing up for UPSC before Justice Jyoti Singh.

The Court was hearing a request documented by previous learner IAS official Khedekar testing the UPSC’s public statement expressing that her candidature has been dropped.
Senior Advocate Indira Jaising showed up for Khedekar and let the Court know that retraction request was never conveyed to her yet the news came to her main through the official statement.
The Court said that Khedekar will give her location to the UPSC and the request ought to be provided to her both by actual mode and electronically.
The Court added that for different reliefs like test to the dropping request, Khedekar should move toward the Central Administrative.
Justice Singh then, at that point, discarded the supplication.
Khedekar is blamed for deceitfully profiting the booking implied for Other Backword Classes (OBC) and People with Benchmark Handicaps to clear the UPSC test.
On July 31, the UPSC had given a proclamation dropping Khedekar’s determination in the Civil Services. The Commission forever suspended her from every future test and determinations.
Khedekar has been denied expectant bail by the preliminary court for the situation.
The preliminary court additionally requested the Delhi Police to enlarge its test and explore whether some other people would have profited advantages of amounts under OBC and People with Inabilities (PwD) without privilege.
Further, the Delhi Police has been requested to see whether any UPSC authorities helped Khedekar.
