The Court chastised the Railway Protection Force for dismissing a lady’s request to defer her actual perseverance test as she was at cutting edge condition of pregnancy.
Pregnancy isn’t a disease or an incapacity and it can’t be ground to deny government work to ladies, the Delhi High Court as of late said while condemning the Rail route Insurance Power (RPF) for denying a pregnant lady’s solicitation to concede her Actual Productivity Test (PET) for constable position.
A Division Bench of Judges Rekha Palli and Shalinder Kaur communicated its pain at the manner in which the RPF and the Local government treated the lady.
