Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has moved the High Court looking for bail in the illegal tax avoidance case enlisted by Requirement Directorate (ED) according to the Delhi extract strategy trick.

Singh has tested a February 9 request for the Delhi High Court dismissing his bail supplication.

The High Couurt while dismissing Singh’s bail request had guided the preliminary court to assist the preliminary.

Singh was captured by the Requirement Directorate (ED) on October 4, 2023 after the office led an inquiry at his home. He has been in legal guardianship since October 13, 2023.

The preliminary court dismissed his bail supplication on December 22, 2023.

The body of evidence against Singh includes claims that he assumed a critical part in outlining and executing the now-rejected Delhi extract strategy which was supposedly pointed toward helping specific alcohol makers, wholesalers and retailers.

The High Court dismissed that supplication on October 20, 2023 and held that the ED is a head examining organization and crediting political intentions to it might affect the picture of the country.
