Uttar Pradesh has deployed significant police and paramilitary forces for the annual Kanwar Yatra. Over 10,000 volunteers will assist pilgrims and manage crowds along 840 routes. Authorities have installed thousands of CCTV cameras and deployed drones for comprehensive surveillance. Special traffic arrangements and medical camps are established to aid devotees travelling through the state. Gazetted officers and specialized teams are stationed in sensitive areas for enhanced safety.
